Initially I trained for a Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling at the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology at Regents College, London. I then successfully completed the Post-Graduate Diploma programme at the same institution. This involved both an academic and practical training in the major theoretical paradigms to psychotherapy including the psychodynamic, person-centred and existential approaches. Having felt inspired by existential psychotherapy, I decided to undertake further training. I completed the Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy in 2010 and am a fully qualified psychotherapist registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

2013 – certificate in CBT

As a part of my commitment to professional development and for my own personal interest in the field I regularly engage in CPD activities such as attending workshops, conferences and training programs.
